How do I safely remove a wine ring in my Reidel glass without using soap? I only have ever used hot water.? - crystal soap dish

Never use soap well on my glass as I know it is porous and will retain the soap. But recently, for the first time in about 8 years, I left a little wine at night in one of the windows and left a ring on the underside of the glass. I tried to soak in the lemon juice was not effective. Do not use soap or bleach, and hope someone can help me! Thank you!
